Jetplate

A jetplate is used to ensure that hot air is distributed evenly during the cooking process in commercial rapid cook ovens. Replacement is important if it is dented, bent, or otherwise damaged or cannot be sufficiently cleaned.

Jumper Wire

A jump wire (also known as jumper wire, or jumper) is an electrical wire, or group of them in a cable, with a connector or pin at each end (or sometimes without them simply "tinned"), which is normally used to interconnect the components of a breadboard or other prototype or test circuit, internally or with other equipment or components, without soldering.

Junction Box

An electrical junction box is an enclosure housing electrical connections, to protect the connections and provide a safety barrier.
