"It was GREAT! I first found them online and was unsure but their prices were better then anyone else's and they had everything I needed. So I took the chance and it was so worth it. I got a call the next day from a great sales rep, who informed me right away that one item was on back order and they refunded me my payment on that immediately. After looking around I found out that everyone, including the more expensive places were out of stock on that item. So it wasn't that they don't keep a good stock. Anyway, I got the rest of my order in three days and I just order a little longer piece (it was plastic floor screen I needed) and will cut it so I don't have to wait on the back order.
