CLEANING PRODUCT INLET
In foodservice, a cleaner may refer to a cleaning tool or a cleaning solution, powder or cleaning tablet. Cleaning tools may include brushes or scrapers. Cleaning solutions may include ice machine cleaners and powdered or spray on grease removers for grills, fryers, ovens, ranges, and more. Cleaning tablets are hardened cleaning powders that are diluted with water during an automated cleaning cycle in equipment such as dishwashers or combi ovens.
A duct is a pipe, tube or channel which carries air, gas, exhaust, or liquid from one place to another. Ducts are commonly used to exhaust heat and fumes out of and away from commercial ovens, cooktops, condensing units, and other restaurant equipment.
Frequently used in foodservice equipment, inlets are connectors that involve a service provider or holding tank to provide air, gas, water and other fluids in supplying a secondary component. An electrical inlet is a power connector that receives electrical power from a service provider.
