FLUE EXHAUST TEE

An exhaust or exhaust system is used for venting gases from cooking equipment. The exhaust is part of a system designed to vent hot gases, steam and smoke from a stove, oven or boiler to the exterior or into a supplemental vented hood . An exhaust my be vertical or channeled, ensuring that hot gases flow smoothly by drawing air into and out of the combustion system through convection, or they may be fan forced.

Flues or chimneys, are commonly found in all kinds of restaurant equipment such as ovens and ranges, exhaust hoods, and even as simple heat dissipation or redirection accessories. A flue is a stack, a vertical pipe, channel, duct, vent, chute or similar structure used to exhaust heat or gases.
