BOWL LOCK HANDLE ASSEMBLY

A reservoir is a "tank" (a receptacle, bowl, or chamber). A reservoir may be used to store liquid or solid ingredients or may serve as a waste container. In restaurant equipment, examples of reservoirs may be seen in ice machines, beverage equipment, coffee machines, condiment dispensers, dish washing equipment, waste handling equipment, and many more.

There are thousands of different handle configurations in every commercial kitchen. From cookware to cutlery, griddles to grinders, or mixers to microwave ovens, almost every piece of restaurant equipment and implement has some sort of handle. A handle is a part of, or attachment to, an object that can be moved or used by hand. Handle designs differ greatly by application, sanitary regulations, and safety considerations making it especially important that OEM replacements are used whenever possible.

A lock is a mechanical or electronic fastening device that is released by a physical object (such as a key, keycard, fingerprint, RFID card, security token, coin etc.), by supplying secret information (such as a number or letter permutation or password), or by a combination thereof or only being able to be opened from one side such as a door chain.
