INSULATION EVAPORATOR MODULE

The purpose of the evaporator is to extract heat from the ambient environment (such as the space inside of a refrigerator/freezer/walk-in) allowing that space to cool to a desired temperature which is controlled by a thermostat.

Thermal insulation is the reduction of heat transfer (i.e., the transfer of thermal energy between objects of differing temperature) between objects in thermal contact or in range of radiative influence. Thermal insulation can be achieved with specially engineered methods or processes, as well as with suitable object shapes and materials.

In foodservice equipment, a module is one sub-component (or "part") of a larger more complex device that may be the fully assembled piece of equipment itself. A module may refer to a variety of replacement parts including relay modules, ignition modules, communications modules, heater modules and others.
