FAN EVAPORATOR

The purpose of the evaporator is to extract heat from the ambient environment (such as the space inside of a refrigerator/freezer/walk-in) allowing that space to cool to a desired temperature which is controlled by a thermostat.

Fans are used in restaurant equipment for a variety of purposes, including ventilation, cooling, and air circulation.
