EXHAUST PIPE W/HEAT EXCHANGER

An exhaust or exhaust system is used for venting gases from cooking equipment. An exhaust my be vertical or channeled, ensuring that hot gases flow smoothly by drawing air into and out of the combustion system through convection, or they may be fan forced.
