EXHAUST MOTOR

An exhaust or exhaust system is used for venting gases from cooking equipment. The exhaust is part of a system designed to vent hot gases, steam and smoke from a stove, oven or boiler to the exterior or into a supplemental vented hood . An exhaust my be vertical or channeled, ensuring that hot gases flow smoothly by drawing air into and out of the combustion system through convection, or they may be fan forced.

Motors are used in all kinds of foodservice equipment to power beaters, blenders, slicers, basket lifts, filters, fans and much more. A motor converts one form of energy into mechanical energy.
