An impeller is a rotor located within a tube or conduit attached to the shaft. Agitators are used to mix liquids or products together or to prevent congealing.
Bearings are widely used in restaurant equipment. They limit motion and reduce friction between moving parts. A bearing may provide for free linear or rotational movement of the part. Bearings are classified broadly according to the type of operation, the motion allowed, or to the direction of the load applied to the parts.
